The Story

For years, I have been developing Darkness Where the Devil Dwells the trilogy, an original reimagining of the Dracula myth told as a tragic, romantic, and epic dark fantasy story. This is not just another vampire tale. It is the story of a wounded boy named Vlad, the cruelty that shapes him, the love that saves him, and the darkness that eventually transforms him into Dracula.

Now, through the power of AI animation, I am bringing this world to life as an animated proof of concept with the goal of eventually producing the full live action version.

The Vision

Darkness Where the Devil Dwells is designed as a cinematic dark fantasy epic with the scale of a major motion picture and the emotional heart of a tragic love story.

The animated version will allow me to explore the world, characters, tone, and mythology in a visually powerful way while creating a proof of concept for the larger live action vision.

This is a story about love, rejection, faith, monsters, vengeance, and the terrifying question of what happens when the world convinces an innocent soul that he was born to be something evil.

Why AI Animation?

AI has opened a new door for independent filmmakers.

For the first time, a filmmaker with a powerful story, a clear vision, and limited resources can begin creating images, scenes, and worlds that once required millions of dollars to visualize.

I am using AI as a tool to help bring this animated series to life, not as a shortcut around storytelling. The writing, direction, editing, visual choices, character development, and cinematic structure are all being shaped with the same care I would bring to a traditional production.

This animated series is the first step toward proving the story, building an audience, and showing what this world can become.
